Fred, the Managing Partner of the firm, holds the Bachelor of Laws (Hons) degree from the prestigious University of Ghana and was admitted as a barrister and solicitor of the Superior Court of Judicature of Ghana in 1995. Mr. Fred Dotse obtained his Masters of Law and International Business degrees from the Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, Germany and the Otto Beisheim School of Management (WHU), Vallendar, Germany. Fred is also a holder of the Master of Business Administration (Finance option) degree awarded by the famous University of Leicester, UK, and pursued a certificate course in banking at the National Banking College in Accra. Mr. Fred DOTSE is a senior member of the Ghana Bar Association with over 25 years’ experience and an associate of the Chartered Institute of Arbitration, UK. Mr. DOTSE is also a Zeit Scholar of the Bucerius Law School, Hamburg, Germany. Fred was the recipient of the E.S. Aidoo Prize in Law at the Bachelor of Laws degree program and a Notary Public of the Republic of Ghana.
Fred has extensive experience in Corporate and Investment Law, Banking and Finance Law, International Business Law, International Business, Securities Law, corporate governance, corporate finance, mergers & acquisition, International Trade Law and international arbitration, which he gained from his work with R.S. Agbenoto & Associates (a prestigious law firm), Ghana Commercial Bank Limited (the biggest bank in Ghana), United Nations Compensation Commission in Switzerland, United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in South Sudan and Liberia, Afrika Verein in Germany, Legal and Financial Associates and Awoonor Law Consultancy spanning a period of over twenty five (25) years.
